Booking Process: Candidate email OTP verification → payment details submitted → provisional ticket by email → office verification → available room allocation → confirmed ticket by email. A declined booking will show the reason. Any later approved room change will be notified by email.
Email Caution: Please check the Spam/Junk folder if any OTP, provisional ticket, confirmed ticket or booking update is not visible in the Inbox.
